“Team” and “Team cooperation” belong to the most frequently used words whenever we speak about the working environment or about performance. It isn’t by accident, that we hear these terms so often. It isn’t just because they are modern.
Today only a minimum of tasks can be solved by one individual. Most tasks are solved by team(s) of people. The way in which people on the team and across teams cooperate, has a fundamental impact on how quickly and successfully the task will be accomplished.
