Sometimes we say: “I argued, but they didn’t listen to me”. We have the feeling that we put one argument after the other, but in reality we only repeated the same all over again, what we want, and additionally, we might increase our voice. It is difficult to convince somebody in both, private and professional life regardless of the importance of the situation. If we use some proven processes we have a higher chance to convince them than with others. It requires us not to talk without thinking and to carefully consider what can be convincing for the other side. We have to be conscious about the importance of not just the content (what) but also the form (how).
During the course we will contemplate what to say in order to get interest and convince the other side and we will practice some proven convincing techniques.
